With over 24 years combined experience in the construction industry, Finlayson Builders Group has worked on a vast range of projects. Our staff have been involved in over $180m of construction projects from start to finish. Ranging from high end residential and commercial projects, to 30 story high end fit outs.

Max has 14+ year’s experience working in the construction industry thus bringing a diverse set of skills to the table, having worked on projects in residential, retail, office fit-out, industrial, commercial and large scale design and construct projects based within the heart of Brisbane CBD.
Max’s capabilities offer the key fundamental experience required to consult, manage, and monitor the contractual obligations and administration issues that occur day-to-day on any given project.
Holding the ability to engage, manage and advise the client and stakeholders accordingly bringing clarification and transparency to the project to ensure the project is delivered on budget, on time, and to high quality standards whilst mitigating any potential risks.

Coming from a trade background with a Cert III in Carpentry, Ethan has the fundamental skills which has provided the base of his 10+ years’ experience within the construction industry

Ethan is a qualified Builder with experience working both for a principal contractor and a client-side project management consultancy firm. Coming from a trade background with a Cert III in Carpentry, Ethan has the fundamental skills which has provided the base of his 10+ years’ experience within the construction industry.
Involved in delivering multiple projects of various sizes within time and budget, providing clients with their desired outcomes. Providing excellent communication skills and onsite coordination, this has helped Ethan create many strong relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors as well as other stakeholders.
Bringing strong leadership and problem-solving skills to any project combined with a technical background, including both tertiary education and industry experience.
